With your flight landing at 9.15pm it is very likely that you will arrive in Venice around 11pm. In this case it is possible to check in with a supplement. Alternatively self check in. Many guests use it without problems.

Thank you for the question. The superior room is more spacious and with a sofa bed. The bathroom is also bigger.

What’s the difference between the two Double Rooms with Private Bathrooms?

All bedrooms have private bathrooms. there are four rooms including a budget (Gondola) two standard (Fenice and Giudecca) more spacious and one superior (Serenissima) with sofa bed. I am available for further clarifications

Hello, How long will it take to get to Marco Polo airport from your hotel?

on average it takes an hour and a half. it depends on the shuttle you use to reach Venice. you can arrive by land by bus or taxi or by water with dedicated boats.

How far is it to walk from the canal taxi with our luggage please

by taxi you can get off very close to Cà Patron. Just 1 minute walking. Better if the taxi driver calls me to get the right position.

Hello All car parks in Venice are subject to charges. Parking in Venice Piazzale Roma costs around 25 euros per day. Those in the Mestre or Marghera area are the cheapest. If you need more info I am available.

The Room although it was small itwas perfect. It was very nice and comfortable. It was super clean and ita had everything We needed. We liked the decoration. The owner Welcomed us with small gifts and water and beverages.

The accommodation was excellent, it was an easy walk to the Rialto Bridge (5 minutes) as well as Piazza San Marco (15 minutes). Alessandro was a really helpful host, offering sound advice when asked as well as going the extra mile by providing bottled water & wine (some free as well as to purchase at really competitive price). I would highly recommend you stay here if you looking for a stress-free visit to Venice

Exceptional
Alessandro was the perfect host, he greeted us at the door, brought us to our room and highlighted the various bonuses included with booking CàPatron (Huge tv with Netflix,YouTube etc as well as a great coffee machine and complimentary bottles of water and can of coke) Room was so comfortable and clean and in such a perfect location.
Nothing, it was perfect.
